    Regarding, I am a passenger so I am going to complain, your the Two employees of your airport operation at TIA,( Nepal) 1- Reshu Singh and Sunil Thapa work to prevent unnecessary suffering to regular passengers flying from Kathmandu, I am a passenger. I had a flight from KTm to Turkey to Cayman on January 28th, i safely arrived at Cayman Island but my baggage has not arrived yet. After meeting and talking on the phone with Reshu singh and sunil Thapa , they say “That it is over. Your luggage is on the way, blaw blaw”, Therefore, it seems that you have spoiled Turkish business and market by keeping such careless employees. Please, if my baggage does not arrive within 24 hours, I will file a complaint with Nepal Police, Civil Aviation, and other related bodies, I have also submitted my baggage token here,
