I was supposed to checkin on Wednesday 20 September,under immigration at heathrow but l couldn’t,but my luggage bag was already loaded onto the flight.the immigration then told me that l shouldn’t worry because they were to call the sqiss airlines to bring back the luggage bag to Heathrow when the flight return from OR Tambo international airport in South Africa. Dispite several attempts to get get my luggage immigration assured me that as soon as the flight returns qithin 3days on the outside my luggage will be returned and delivered to the house in Mitcham ,London. They even took my contact cellphone number.upto now my luggage hasn’t been delivered to my house.l fail to understand why the airline can’t deliver the luggage.Please l know that the contents of the bag might not be of value to someone but to me my clothes including the suitcase means alot.l would love if someone explains to me why the suitcase hasnt been delivered.l have tried calling but each time l call l am referred to one telephone number to the other and back to the original and same telephone numbers over and over l went back to heathrow terminal 2 to check and make enquiries l failed to get the luggage.l was tossed from level 2 to level 5 without a solution to my problem.
