  1. I was a frontier customer flying from Philadelphia International Airport to Raleigh Durham International Airport on September 25th 2023. There was a problem with our original flight therefore 2 different frontier supervisors came aboard and asked for 30 passengers to give up their seat and deplane for a later flight. Those passengers were offered a 200% return credit back to their original form of ticket payment as well as a guaranteed seat on the next flight from Phl to Rdu. Once my party of 3 passengers were rebooked, given a new boarding pass and all contact information confirmed. I further inquired of gate representative, who verified (with supervisor) that 200% return credit would be returned to original form of payment as soon as all volunteer passengers rebooking was completed. To date I have not received any return credit, email or call. I’ve tried the 24 hour chat via frontiers website, called various phone numbers, emailed a customer feedback form as well as what’s app with no success. I’m highly disappointed with the blatant lack of care & concern received from these encounters with frontier airlines. I think at this point I would be satisfied with a follow up call from frontier with truthful guidance on this promise.
