  1. Trying to talk to an actual person instead of an automated switchboard, on behalf of a concerned, elderly passenger, traveling Class C [Business Class] from Suwannabhumi Airport on 25 November, and who needs a wheelchair and accompaniment in order to check in, seems impossible. I should appreciate EVA Air in Bangkok getting in contact with me immediately by email, and letting me know a phone number where I can talk to an actual person.

(The number given for by EVA Air website for EVA Air contact at Suwannaphumi Airport is not even correct- dialling 02-132-1888 is NOT EVA Air, but rather an AOT Staff person. So, on balance, an airline (EVA Air) that purports to offer Business Class, in terms of its Customer Services in Bangkok, falls appallingly short of any accepted standard!
